| After taking this course you will be able to
do self healing - bringing yourself beautiful relaxation of mind and body, easing minor aches and pains and increasing your well being. You will also be able to channel Reiki healing for family and friends. You'll be more at home with energies, know how to use a pendulum, balance chakras and will have enjoyed some deeply relaxing guided visualisations.
After the first weekend you will have 3 weeks to read the manual thoroughly, do daily Self Healing
using the CD included in the package and to practice some healing for friends and family. The third day includes a couple of extra techniques, a chance to share your experiencesother Reiki practitioners come along too and receive your certificate so it is a really high energy day.
