LifeDancing's Ruth Chambers has a wealth of experience in Reiki, Yoga, NLP and life coaching having worked as a complementary health care practitioner for over twenty years. Ruth's interest in healing led to her taking the first Level of Reiki training in 1999. Now she is an accomplished Reiki Master and Teacher and gives both Reiki training to students interested in learning the healing art, and Reiki treatments to clients. Reiki brings deep relaxation, as does Yoga and Ruth also holds Hatha Yoga classes at Castle Donington and Long Eaton. Ruth is a Yoga for Health Teacher and knows just what Yoga classes should involve having attending classes herself for thirty five years. LifeDancing Yoga classes are geared for all ages and abilities. Other highlights in Ruth's portfolio include NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and Life Coaching. Ruth is an NLP Master Practitioner and completed the NLP Life Coaching Diploma course in 2005. She finds that the most effective way to use this technique, is to add a little Reiki or Meridian Therapy to provide Life Coaching Plus!
